You bear all risks of inclement weather. You are purchasing a ticket to enter the festival, not for a specific artist. No refund will be owed if a festival performer is changed or cancelled. If the event is postponed ticket credits will be issued, and we will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a postponed, rescheduled, or moved event. All sales are final. Event date and time are subject to change and no refunds will be offered. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your tickets are still valid, and no further action is required. We will send details for ticket credits to the new date. No refunds are offered for postponed or rescheduled events. You Are Subject to Search: You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without a refund or other compensation. Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to the tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us or the ticket provider, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from the website. By entering an event of Thick As Thieves Entertainment, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Thick As Thieves Entertainment and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement, or for any fees for use of such recorded media.
