Get ready to immerse yourself in the ultimate music experience as Denim on the Diamond makes its highly anticipated return to Kelowna, BC, on September long weekend. This year’s festival promises to be a denim-clad celebration of diverse musical genres, bringing together renowned artists and emerging talents for an unforgettable three days of live performances.
Denim on the Diamond is not just a music festival, it’s a cultural celebration where music lovers can revel in the magic of live country, rock and blues performances against the backdrop of the iconic City Park. The festival, now in its sixth year, invites attendees to don their favourite denim attire, adding an extra layer of fun and style to the vibrant atmosphere for August 30 & 31, and September 1, 2024.
Thick as Thieves Entertainment is proud to announce Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard will be headlining this year’s Denim on the Diamond. With 21 No.1 singles on country radio, countless awards, grammy nomination and sold-out tours, Hubbard has had a remarkable career as a songwriter and as one half of multi-platinum duo Florida Georgia Line. This chart-topping sensation, known for his electrifying stage presence, will be playing his Florida Georgia Line hits, along with his own #1 hits “5 Foot 9”, “Dancin’ In The Country,” & more ensuring a Saturday night of chart-topping singalongs.
Joining Hubbard is a stellar line-up of Nashville’s up and coming stars: Matt Schuster, and Alli Walker. To keep the energy up between sets and ensure a memorable concert experience, DJ VAVO will be remixing country beats all night long.
Friday night features an all female line-up for the first time in Denim history and is co-headlined by two Grammy nominated females, K.Flay and Bishop Briggs. Artists Jamie Fine and LOLO round out this incredible night, which promises to kick the festival off with a bang.
The weekend ends Sunday with Grammy nominated Icelandic rocker KALEO, who will be bringing his smash hit with over a billion streams, “Way Down We Go,” to the City Park stage. Also performing Sunday is Juno Indigenous Artist of the Year nominee Aysanabee, and Philadelphia’s own blues/rock sensation Mo Lowda & the Humble.
More artists will be announced at a later date.
The diverse range of musical styles ensures there’s something for every music enthusiast, from rock and pop to country and blues.
In addition to the incredible musical line-up, Denim on the Diamond will feature a variety of activities and attractions to enhance the overall festival experience. Attendees can explore artisanal food vendors, indulge in unique merchandise from local vendors, and participate in interactive installations that add an extra layer of excitement to the event.
